Its Time

Well Mr. Garrisons ticker says under 30 days now. Its getting close....damn close. My bike is 90% done, talked to TBL yesterday they bled the brakes....they needed it. And apparently I am not a bike mechanic, the steerer tube was not long enough so they took a spacer or 2 out it was making a ticking noise according to the shop? I never noticed it. I am picking it up weekend afternext. A few people think I has a sub 11 at the SM in me....yea kinda hard for me to see that we shall see come labor day.

This weekend Mr. Bloomquest and I are doing an Arlington Hills ride. Lots of short up and down. Should be fun.

  1. At our shop, when we get the frame and start the switch over of parts, its a 1 day project unless some parts won't switch. They've got the new frame, are switching parts and its still going to be a week?
Now as for the race, I say you choke or do something stupid like crash and completely bend a rotor into a caliper.
    I predict 13:45 for ya.
    Bring your lights!!!!

  4. I'm not saying his bike is all they have to work on,but I don't understand how you start working on a bike, put it up, than start working again.

Chris I'm so psyched about making up for last year, I'm going to go all out and bonk 40 miles in....but that 1st 40 is going to be a sub-10 pace :)
